Yearbook ONLY Order Form

We are very excited about our 2009-10 yearbook! The yearbook will be 72 full-color pages of pictures bound in a custom hard cover. Don’t miss out! Yearbooks will be distributed in May. The cost is $33 per book. Deadline for ordering is Friday, December 18. Yearbooks must be paid for in advance. Checks should be made payable to Central Day School-PTF. Yearbooks purchased after December 18, will be $38 and only available while supplies last.
