Yearbook Sponsor Ad 

The Central Day School Yearbook is a great way for companies to promote their products to over 350 students and their families. The Central Day School Yearbook (to be released in May of 2010) offers page sponsorships for $50. Sponsors receive one free yearbook per ad sponsored. Parents and grandparents may purchase an ad to send a personal keepsake message to their child/grandchild. Any individual, company, or business purchasing a sponsorship will be given an area in the back of the book that is approximately 4¼” x 2¾” to display a message, logo, and information (click here to see a sample of an ad page). Ads will be composed at no additional charge. Logos may be submitted in jpeg format by emailing it to staceyfleming@centralchurch.com. To reserve your space, please complete and submit the form below and with payment by Friday, December 18. When you submit an a sponsorship form, a yearbook will be reserved for your child.
